Willows Motel

Wonderful owner who runs Willows with his family. Lovely grounds with gardens,lawn furniture and pool (seasonal). Safe, friendly atmosphere. Just ask ahead and your needs will be accommodated. I hope to return when I am in Williamstown to visit Clark Institute, Williams College, Williamstown Theatre, and nearby Tanglewood. A bonus was the healthy breakfast with a variety of fresh fruits and breads.

We stayed here for one night last week when we passed through the area and decided to stay there. Paul and his father Boopi are absolutely wonderful. Such kind and caring people. They even asked the Housekeeper to make sure we stopped in for breakfast. We were surprised how nice this place was because many motels I have been to have not always been nice. The room was nice and it was clean. The bed was comfortable - neither too hard nor too soft. The air conditioning was not smelly. Oh. Another thing…. They honored the online price that was listed on their website. How awesome is that!!! Thank you so much, Boopi and Paul. Sorry it took us a week to give you a review. Crazy life got in the way. I stayed here last night while visiting my son at his school - the host was so kind and friendly. The room/bathroom was very clean and warm on a chilly, rainy night, tv was great too. It was also quiet which was great too! Location was a plus too.

Stayed here for a couple weeks. The service is really good, very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are dated, walls a bit thin and bathroom only vented with an open window. Parking is good, it fills up but always found a spot. The breakfast is fantastic. Fresh fruits, juices, muffins, bagels. Its a little cramped where they serve breakfast, but they will open the back room if it gets crowded. The location is perfect, maybe a little too close to the road if the hum of cars driving past bothers you. Issues we had wit a toilet seat missing one screw and sliding around was resolved quickly. Tv was large which was perfect during MLB playoffs. Beds were comfortable enough were I slept fine. I can easily recommend this for a stay, but if you need the fanciest modern rooms you will have to look elsewhere.

An amazing stay! The room was spotless, the surroundings were peaceful and beautiful, and the owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming!!! What impressed me the most was the wonderful breakfast – generous, delicious, and full of nutrients. Truly a perfect choice for anyone looking for comfort and warmth. Five stars – highly recommended!

The room was very clean. The mattress was extremely comfortable and the water pressure for the shower was excellent. I've never been to a breakfast buffet like it!. Raspberries blackberries peaches, nectarines bananas apples, almonds, pistachios, muffins bagels. Many juices and great coffee. so much care was taken in displaying the many offerings. I was told by management that they purchase organic fruit. I will will definitely be back.

This little motel was absolutely lovely- Service and quality well above my expectations for the price. The room was on the smaller side, but it was well-furnished and spotlessly clean. From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Aside from answering all our questions with patience and grace, the motel provides an excellent continental breakfast. Even in the dead of winter they had a great variety of organic fruit; coffee, pastries, bagels, and cereal. I can't stress enough how good the value is for the money, especially in an area this close to the town centers. Suffice it to say, we will be back!

Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable and had everything we needed. The proprietor is very accommodating and friendly. There was a basic continental breakfast enhanced by a lovely selection of fresh fruit and berries.
